When you see something go wrong for someone else in the workplace, do you do something about it?
I mean seriously, if you see someone get mistreated, disrespected or treated unfairly what do you do?
You might be the rare exception that actually does something about it, but most people don’t. They stand by and wait for someone else to do something about it.
So, I wanted to share a brief message of why you should stop waiting for other people to do something.
